Rhubarb toffee

If you didn’t see me make Rhubarb jam – go check it out.

It’s great, very fruity and a bit tart (sour). I’ve made this specifically for this toffee making… so here we go 🙂

The toffee was not too sweet, slightly acidic due to the Rhubarb and very Rhubarby in flavor.

All in all, I’d highly recommend it.
