Coconut Candies

Coconut candies are great.

I highly suggest these if you like the flavor of coconut.

Two things you must be aware of if you want to make these: The first is that your results will vary. The second is that these candies require you to work FAST. These are not your simple, slow curing, relaxed and cool candies – they are HOT, they will cure FAST and they will harden while they are still super hot (130c) unlike the “normal” candies that start to harden only at 110-100c. This means: work FAST!
