Curiosity – the kind that killed the cat… so to speak, is what drives this branch of candies.

In my case it’s the kind that makes me stand for hours at the stove and enjoy making oddball, very hard to make candies, candies that have odd ingredients and so on.

In this folder you will find several types of experimental candies: SMI candies – sweet mission impossible candies: candies that are super hard, extremely laborious or just plain impossible to make from natural ingredients; CSF candies – corn syrup free candies, which I was asked to make by some US channel subscribers; Sugar-free candies are also listed here as well.
