From spreads to candies

Yep, that’s right – turning Nutella’s chocolate spread into HARD candies.

That’s fun, easy and basically you can do it with any other kind of spread you like… : ) Don’t worry – the flavor will not change, you get the very same Nutella spread flavor of chocolate and nugat you (and I) love… It’s just a hard candy now – so you can take it in a small box on the go, in the car, etc. No spills – guaranteed!

I’ll be showing you how to make them from several spreads below, not just Nutella.

Lotus released this spread of chocolate chips (I didn’t like it, my kids did)… and asked for candies… so here they are:

 

Well… Nutella or other – any spread can be turned into nice hard candies.

It’s just a matter of quantities, temperature control and motivation.
